We are unable to offer a next day delivery option or postage outside of the UK and Ireland at the moment.
On delivery you must be able to sign for items being delivered.
Our normal despatch period is 2 to 5 working days and over 60% are dispatched in 2 working days, weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days, using Royal Mail or Fastway delivery service.
Please note that we endeavor to check that the quality of all orders shipped meet the high standards that our customers expect, however we are unable to guarantee that shoes despatched will be 'box fresh', that is they may have been tried on by customers in our store.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving the goods, in its original condition and packaging (including box). The box including any labels should not be defaced or damaged in anyway. We will refund the product price but unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred returning the product.
We will only refund the postage costs if the shoes are faulty or damaged. Returns can also be taken back to our shop in Coleraine. You must bring proof of purchase with when returning items. If the shoes are not returned in good condition or not fit for resale, Bishops has the right to refuse a refund.
If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements.
We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.
Please be advised that due to the nature of the highly beaded decoration/ sequins / jewels of some products, some small beads and trims will become loose during normal wear and tear and are not a manufacturing fault.
Please note unless the description states otherwise our shoes are not waterproof

Prices
All prices shown are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of any VAT payable in UK. If a product is advertised at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or a supplier error we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order whether or not the order has been confirmed. In such a case we will make you aware of this and a full refund will be given, if required.
Faulty Products
You must notify us of any product that you deem to be defective or not of satisfactory quality within 7 days from the date of delivery. We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instruction, misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time but, in respect of any ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which you accepted when you placed your order.
Delivery
Once the payment for your goods has been cleared we will then dispatch your goods for delivery. We endeavour to deliver in timeframes outlined in the Delivery section, however are reliant upon third party carriers such as Royal Mail and Fastway and so cannot be held liable for any delays and or loss caused by delays.
