HEALTH WEEK
Bishops is launching a foot health week to link with
world diabetes day. We will be providing foot health
information and focusing on comfort footwear in-store.
Feet
are particularly susceptible to damage from diabetes and
need very careful care especially in the choice of
footwear.

World
Diabetes Day which takes place on Friday 14th
November aims to make people across the globe aware of the
seriousness of the condition and the impact it has on health
issues worldwide.
Bishops is
working with local podiatrists and charities to promote
better foot health for diabetics.

THE
SOCIETY OF SHOE FITTERS
Bishops is a proud member of the Society of Shoe
Fitters, a not-for-profit organisation that seek to
promote the correct fitting of shoes,not just in
childhood but beyond. We currently have six members of
staff who have attained qualifications from the S.S.F
and can help offer advice and assistance with feet and
footwear problems.
We are
also delighted to work in tandem with local podiatrists

FOOT HEALTH
At Bishops we are committed to fitting footwear correctly
throughout all our departments. We can measure feet and
offer access to an unaparalled range of multi-fitting
footwear.

In our ladies department we fit ladies shoes from
sizes 1 to 11 and in eight width fittings from
narrow AA through to EEEE.

In our gents department we stock shoes from 5 through
to 15 including ranges of narrow and extra broad
fitting shoes
- Our
Childrens department has three SSF qualified fitters to
assist with footwear problems. Every fit in childrens
comes with the Bishops Fitting guarantee.
